PALO ALTO, Calif. - January 28, 2015 - On the afternoon of February 10, 2015, CPI International Holding Corp., the parent company of CPI International, Inc. (CPI), plans to file its Form 10-Q for the first quarter ended January 2, 2015 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and to issue a press release regarding its results for the quarter. At 11 a.m. (EST) on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, CPI will hold a telephonic conference call in conjunction with this release that will be Web cast simultaneously on the company's Web site.
