Communications will be received and opened by the Corporate Secretary and distributed to the Board, or to any individual directors (or group or committee of directors) as appropriate, depending on the facts and circumstances outlined in the communication. However, the Corporate Secretary will not forward certain items that are unrelated to the functions of the Board (or its committees), such as:

- Job inquiries
- Business solicitations
- Complaints by users or customers with respect to ordinary course of business customer service
- Offensive materials
- Otherwise inappropriate materials
